Consumer Credit Counseling Service, Inc. (CCCS) offers first-time home buyer workshops year-round for a fee of $75 per family. CCCS uses the Keys to Homeownership curriculum and topics include:

• Preparing for home ownership

• Shopping for a home

• Obtaining a mortgage

• Closing

• Life as a home owner
